Pregnancy yoga is the perfect way to strengthen, release and nurture your body through your pregnancy and are the ideal way to prepare your body and mind for the birth of your baby. For some mums-to-be, sessions can provide a welcome relief to some common pregnancy ailments as well as giving you time to quieten your mind and connect with your baby.
No previous yoga experience is necessary. All equipment is provided, but you are welcome to use your own mat and props if you prefer. Classes are suitable from the second trimester from around 16 weeks right up until your baby is born. Classes have been specifically modified to ensure these are safe for mum and baby. All courses are accredited by Fedant (The Federation of Antenatal Educators).
