Pregnancy Yoga

​Pregnancy yoga classes are the perfect way to strengthen, release and nurture your body through your pregnancy and are the ideal way to prepare your body and mind for the birth of your baby. For some mums-to-be these classes can provide a welcome relief to some common pregnancy ailments as well as giving you time to quieten your mind and connect with your baby.
No previous yoga experience is necessary. All equipment is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mat and props if you prefer. Classes are suitable from the second trimester from around 16 weeks right up until your baby is born. Classes have been specifically modified to ensure these are safe for mum and baby. All courses are accredited by Fedant (The Federation of Antenatal Educators).
Group Classes
Cost is £32 for a 4 week block booking or £10 per class.  Terms and conditions apply.
Our classes start on Thursday 22nd August 2019 6:45pm to 8:00pm at Flash Climbing Yoga Studio, Unit 2 Vulcan Road, Solihull B91 2JY.

Private Sessions
Private classes are held in the comfort of your own home and can be scheduled at a time to suit you, subject to availability, which can be ideal if child care is an issue or you are unable to find a group class to suit you. All equipment will be provided.  
Cost is £40 and classes last around 1hr 15mins. For a 4 week block booking cost is £140. Terms and conditions apply.
