Postnatal yoga is the ideal way to help your body recover from pregnancy and birth: helping you strengthen and tone your body and giving your mind the peace it needs to properly rest. Sessions primarily focuses on mum, but we can incorporate gentle stretches and interaction with your baby too, the perfect way to introduce yoga into your baby's life.
